I never had a PT before and was low on confidence also suffering with problems that kept me out of the gym when youve been out it's harder than anything to walk through those doors and he made me want to. He gave me the confidence and all the encouragement I've ever needed he created a plan for me a calorie deficit diet and thinks about you personally. He is always at the end of the phone and I appreciate him more than he will ever know.

Before meeting Danny, I had no confidence in myself or in the gym at all. Fast forward to now and I could happily walk into a gym, put a session together and know what I’m doing.
