I booked a few PT sessions with Dan so that I could put together a programme to work out with at the gym. As a novice! In these sessions, Dan shown me how to properly do the work outs he has planned out on the app you get access to, which also has info for calories and workouts plus challenges which are a great add on to the section of exercises. The planned work outs work all areas ok the body really well and I’m seeing changes already, only a few weeks in. Dan pushes you during your one to one’s to work harder for sure, and helps to keep you motivated in your goal. I enjoyed my sessions and shall continue with the programme and some more PT sessions in the future. Thank you Dan 💪
