I did Danny’s one-month Kickstart programme at Everyone Active; it was just what I needed. I hadn’t trained in ages and was a bit nervous, but Danny made me feel at ease straight away.

I started training with Danny after hitting a bit of a plateau while working out on my own. I wasn’t seeing much progress and had grown a bit bored of repeating the same routine.

Trained online with Danny for a good few months, it made a massive difference. I’d tried a few plans before on my own, but having proper guidance and support took things to a new level. Danny was always easy to talk to, great at explaining things and quick to adjust workouts if something wasn’t quite working.

I signed up for Danny’s 12-week online coaching programme after feeling completely fed up with my usual routine. I was going through the motions, not really seeing progress, and lacking motivation. The idea of going back to random gym sessions with no structure just didn’t appeal anymore.
What really worked for me was how personal and manageable the whole thing was. The workouts were tailored to me, nothing extreme, just smart, focused training that fit around my life. I didn’t need to be in the gym every day, and I didn’t feel any pressure to be perfect, which made it way more sustainable.
Danny checked in regularly, gave proper feedback (not just the usual “keep going!” stuff), and genuinely helped me stay on track without being pushy. By the end of the 12 weeks, I felt stronger, more confident, and, most importantly, like I was finally moving in the right direction.

We had a fantastic experience with Danny over the past 8 weeks as he worked with my 7-year-old granddaughter, Sienna, to support her figure skating training. From the very beginning, Danny was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made Sienna feel completely at ease.
Even though figure skating isn’t Danny’s primary area of expertise, he went above and beyond to understand the specific demands of the sport. He came up with a thoughtful, tailored plan that complemented her skating training perfectly. The improvement we’ve seen in both her overall fitness and her on-ice performance has been remarkable, her strength, balance, and confidence have all come on in leaps and bounds.

Just finished a few months of online training with Danny, and it was spot on. From the start, communication was great, always clear, quick to reply, and easy to get on with. Even though everything was done online, it never felt impersonal. The workouts were well thought out and tailored to what I needed, and Danny was always checking in to see how things were going.
What I really appreciated was the level of professionalism without it ever feeling too stiff. My programme was structured, but there was still flexibility if life got in the way, and everything felt like it had a purpose. I always knew what I was doing and why.

I worked with Dan for a year, finishing a few months ago, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness. When I started, I wasn’t consistent and wasn’t sure how to train properly. Dan put together a personalised plan that kept me motivated and accountable throughout.

I did a 9-session 1-to-1 PT package with Danny at Everyone Active, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed to get back into a proper routine. Danny made me feel comfortable straight away, and every 60-minute session was tailored, challenging, and enjoyable.
What made it even better was the support outside of our in-person sessions. I was set up with a full programme through the coaching app, which included extra workouts to do on my own during the week. Everything was easy to follow and having that plan kept me motivated and consistent.
The weekly check-ins were a big help too it was great having that regular contact to stay on track and talk through anything that wasn’t working. I also received loads of practical advice around nutrition. Nothing extreme or restrictive, just guidance that fit my day-to-day life.

I’ve been training with Danny on and off for about two years now. Life’s had its ups and downs, but every time I’ve come back, Danny’s been there with the right plan and the motivation to keep me going.

Training with Dan has seriously been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I was nervous to start because I hadn’t worked out in forever and didn’t really know what I was doing, but Dan made me feel totally comfortable right from the start.
Every session is a good mix of being pushed and encouraged, but never in a way that feels overwhelming. he really listens, explains things in a way that makes sense, and somehow makes workouts feel (almost) fun. Since walking into the gym nearly 12 months ago with very little experience I met Danny Mak to discuss different options for what I needed. He tailored lots of different work outs to suit my training needs and requirements. Danny is a first class motivator and will always push you to go that extra mile to achieve your goals. Firm but fun.

Working with Danny has truly changed my life. When I started, I was feeling sluggish, unmotivated, unhappy and unsure of how to reach my fitness goals.
