He gave me the confidence and all the encouragement I've ever needed he created a plan for me a calorie deficit diet and thinks about you personally. He is always at the end of the phone and I appreciate him more than he will ever know.

My time and experience with Danny has been so rewarding to say the least. I moved from another gym to the Willclare and was so nervous to begin with. Danny took me on as a client in October and i have never looked back. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable with exercise, diet and the how the body works but is also a great guy! He has helped me build my confidence in a new environment and made me feel so comfortable! I have also learnt so much about how to body/muscles work and what exercises are needed for each area of the body! I can’t thank him enough! He checked in on me and made the plan easy to follow. Pushed me to some great personal achievements and I am so grateful for his support. Not only a great personal trainer but now a friend! Thank you so much! ☺️

Before meeting Danny, I had no confidence in myself or in the gym at all. Fast forward to now and I could happily walk into a gym, put a session together and know what I’m doing. My confidence has also improved massively!
I wanted to become fitter, stronger and happier within myself without compromising my social life or being too strict which Danny thankfully understood! I enjoyed all the plans he put together for me and they there easy to follow by myself between my PT sessions. Danny would push me to my limits, which I hated at the time but soon come to appreciate when I started seeing differences in my body, in my clothes and in the weight I could lift.
Weekly check ins kept me accountable and having Danny’s constant support and knowledge throughout was amazing.
Thank you for helping me focus on myself this year, I’m ending this year in such a better place, mentally and physically, compared to where I started.

Danny is everything you could want in a PT - motivational but also realistic. He has transformed not only my gym routine, but my mindset as well. Ultimately, his presence, coaching and knowledge has been invaluable throughout my course and I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone looking for a PT, regardless of where they are at on their fitness journey.

I became a nervous wreck at the thought of stepping foot into a gym as I only used to go to gym classes in the past few years. Messaging Danny was the best decision I ever made. Danny helped me with my gym anxiety and made me feel relaxed. Each pt session he explained every set and which machines/weights worked each muscle. The weekly check ins kept me accountable and was great comparing progress from week one until now. Danny’s knowledge of the gym and workouts is amazing and he’s really helped me with my workout plans going forward. I am now confident in going to the gym alone because of Danny. Highly recommend!

I started with Danny 6 months ago in when I wanted to make some healthy and positive changes to my lifestyle. I had no clue what I was doing in the gym all I knew is I wanted it to be sustainable and not a quick fix and then slip back into my old ways. Right away Danny understood that and provided me a plan and goals that I could work into my life. He showed me the correct way to lift weights and took me from some with little knowledge to a consist gym goer with knowledge and confidence in the gym. The in person sessions were just like training with a friend who wants to push you and be the best version you can be. Thanks to Danny I am going to be in the best shape I’ve been in with the best lifestyle changes implemented.

Before signing up with Dan, I hated the gym and it would always be a chore to go.
After being with Dan, I am so much more confident and now know what I am doing.
If I ever got bored of my plan (which I didn’t) he would happily switch things up for me to make sure I still enjoyed going.
I live a sociable lifestyle but dan would always help plan my workouts around this.
If I needed an extra push or if I was ever slacking, he would always be encouraging and motivate me.
I feel stronger and healthier now just from doing weights in the gym and having a diet plan to follow.
Going to the gym is something I now enjoy and is part of my lifestyle and something I really want to maintain.
Dan is the best PT and really helped me to achieve my goals and see results.

I have just completed 8 month P/T course with Dan. I remember having no knowledge regarding the gym and I was really nervous and low confidence . But Dan made me feel at ease and set me up on the right path. Dan had been really supportive. Over the past 8 months I have learned so much about myself physically and mentally. Don’t get me wrong it’s been a challenge at times but Dan has made be over come that and pushed me to my limits by training me the right way with Dan helping me to this, my confidence as grown over the past 8 months I owe all this with the help and support from Dan . The gym is now become a lifestyle and part of my life I want to thank Dan for helping me achieve this and feel now time to go solo myself doing my gym session but i am going to continue doing online coaching with Dan. I have just completed the 16 week program training twice a week with Danny and twice on my own. I set out at the beginning of this program with a realistic goal in mind and I’m happy to say that the results have exceeded expectations. I not only see the aesthetic changes but I feel healthier, stronger and as a bonus more confident as a result. I have been able to achieve this without having to make any drastic changes in diet or lifestyle.
Danny provided a clear and easy to follow plan for me to follow which detailed the work out plan in an easy to follow way which meant I knew in advance what I would be doing when I went to the gym, this was especially useful on the session I did on my own. It also contained details on my nutritional requirements. As required this plan was altered throughout the 16 weeks to ensure I was getting the most out of it.
Danny is a fantastic personal trainer who is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He will always ensure that form is correct to ensure I get the most out of every exercise while minimising the risk of injury. Danny is clearly invested in his clients and wants them to achieve there goals, he will push you to get the most out of this program while also giving encouragement and motivation.
I have enjoyed my time on this program so much that I have signed up for another 16 weeks and could would recommend this program to anyone who would is looking to improve there physical fitness.

I have just completed a 12 week programme with Danny. Danny has been extremely supportive. He has been motivational and has kept me going especially when times have been tough. Danny is very honest and appreciates that reciprocation which allows our interactions to be fruitful, concise and warm. I will take everything Danny has given me and continue to push through - this has now become a way of living for me. I am so glad I invested in this programme not only has Danny laid out instructions clearly, but he provided videos and extra support for things I was not clear on. Taking an individualistic approach Danny ensured the programme suited my needs for things I was unable to do. I am so grateful to have had this experience. Thank you.

I’ve just completed my first 16 week plan with Danny, I trained under him 3 times a week. I’ve now signed up for another 16 week plan because I’m so so happy with the progress I’ve made! I went from almost having a panic attack at the thought of stepping foot in the gym, to now looking forward to every session. I’m so pleased with the progress I’ve made so far. Ranging from weight loss, dropping clothes sizes, seriously increasing my strength and knowledge but most importantly my self confidence has rocketed. I know from past experience I can’t do this alone, so I took a chance on Danny. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He instantly put me at ease, is extremely knowledgeable about all things training, and he’s happy to make changes to plans if needed. I definitely wouldn’t have pushed myself this hard. I may have cursed Danny out a bit (a lot) the last 16 weeks, but he knew exactly when and how to push me to get the results needed. I’m really looking forward to the next 16 weeks of training and seeing what changes it brings. Be warned though, with all the weight loss you’ll soon be needing a whole new wardrobe!
