When I first started training with Danny, I was 18, was slim, and had next to no confidence, especially when it came to the gym. I didn’t know where to begin or what I was doing, but from the first session, he made me feel at ease. At the same time, he pushed me to improve every week, and that made a massive difference.
The 1-to-1 coaching was brilliant. He didn’t just throw a plan at me, he coached me through every exercise, explained things properly, and helped me build confidence with both training and nutrition. Everything was tailored to me, and that helped me stay consistent and motivated.
Over time, I saw real changes. I gained muscle, got stronger, and felt more confident in myself overall, not just in the gym, but in everyday life too. It’s honestly been one of the best things I’ve done for myself.

Before starting with Danny, I had never really been in the gym and didn’t feel confident in how to go about starting to be more active and achieve my personal goals. Danny was amazing and helped me understand the basics but also set realistic goals and pushed me to my limits when needed.

I worked with Danny online for around six months, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and overall wellbeing. Before starting, I didn’t really have much structure or confidence with training, but Danny gave me the support, guidance, and accountability I needed to get going properly.

I did Danny’s one-month Kickstart programme at Everyone Active; it was just what I needed. I hadn’t trained in ages and was a bit nervous, but Danny made me feel at ease straight away.

I signed up for Danny’s 12-week online coaching programme after feeling completely fed up with my usual routine. I was going through the motions, not really seeing progress, and lacking motivation. The idea of going back to random gym sessions with no structure just didn’t appeal anymore.

We had a fantastic experience with Danny over the past 8 weeks as he worked with my 7-year-old granddaughter, Sienna, to support her figure skating training. From the very beginning, Danny was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made Sienna feel completely at ease.
Even though figure skating isn’t Danny’s primary area of expertise, he went above and beyond to understand the specific demands of the sport. He came up with a thoughtful, tailored plan that complemented her skating training perfectly. Just finished a few months of online training with Danny, and it was spot on. From the start, communication was great, always clear, quick to reply, and easy to get on with. Even though everything was done online, it never felt impersonal. The workouts were well thought out and tailored to what I needed, and Danny was always checking in to see how things were going.
What I really appreciated was the level of professionalism without it ever feeling too stiff. My programme was structured, but there was still flexibility if life got in the way, and everything felt like it had a purpose. I always knew what I was doing and why.
